GEICO realized that the use of cell phones while driving isn’t an awareness problem, it’s a self-awareness problem. So they decided to tackle distracted driving in the most effective way possible— With puppies. I designed the GEICO Smartdogs logo which was used on the website, posters, dog vests, and even branded popsockets (what a time to be alive, right?). The logo is a dog… and a phone… Get it?
